Whole Heart Healing
Things are not as they should be
There is nothing wrong with you!
God, being perfect in all ways, has never designed anything that he was not 100% satisfied with. He calls us a jewel and a delight to Him. He misses us and longs to commune with us. He begs us, through His messengers to be reconciled to Him. Who we think we are (bad, wrong, flawed, weak, unworthy, unlovable) separates us from God. Who we think He is separates us from God (distant, unconcerned, angry, retaliatory). He knows that we are lost and confused. He is calling to us.
Come unto me! I will give you rest!”
You thought you were broken,
You thought you were nothing
Jesus calls the “Zeros” His heroes, and promises to bless them. What greaves Jesus is not our brokenness but our inability to see our brokenness. Jesus laments the fact that many cannot even see that they are reached, poor, blind, and naked. Pride says “I am not broken”, independence and self-sufficiency says “I will fix my problems with out your help Jesus.” The zeros say “I have tried it all and it all failed to bring me into the promised happiness that I am looking for.” The zeros say, “No matter what it costs me, I need Jesus to show up and do a big thing in my life, because I am unwilling to continue to live this way. The zeros say “Come Lord Jesus, with your refining fire that I may be the happy and proud owner of a spirit like “Pure Gold”
We need to see our brokenness so that we can reclaim the truth.
